What is a Bartolotta Gift Card?
Bartolotta gift cards can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurant in order to use it. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 increments. We also have a blank card that can be loaded with the amount you choose. You may use more than one Bartolotta Gift Card for the same purchase.
What are the provisions of the Bartolotta Gift Card as printed on the back of the card?
This card can be used for food, liquor, tax and gratuity at participating Bartolotta Restaurants. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card has no maintenance or non-usage fees and never expires. Protect this card like cash.
Do Bartolotta Gift Cards expire?
Bartolotta Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.
Are there any non-usage fees if I don't use the gift card right away?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges for the Bartolotta Gift Cards. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even after using your gift card, any remaining balance will remain intact until you use it again.
How do I check the balance on my Bartolotta Gift Card?
Check the balance on your gift card online at http://loyalty.bartolottas.com/ , by calling 414-935-5000 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm central time or at any Bartolotta Restaurant.
If I don't use the entire amount on my gift card, what happens?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges. Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to any Bartolotta Restaurant.

Will all Bartolotta restaurants accept Bartolotta Gift Cards?
Bartolotta gift cards are not accepted at Pizzeria Piccola and Northpoint Custard, Harbor House, the Grain Exchange, and Pier Wisconsin.
Can I use more than one gift card at a time?
Yes. You can use as many Bartolotta Gift Cards as you like to pay for your meal. Bartolotta Gift Cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.
Can I use my Bartolotta Gift Card for tax and gratuity?
Yes. You can apply your Bartolotta Gift Card to your full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
Can you replace my Bartolotta Gift Card if I lose it?
Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Why can't I have Guest Loyalty points AND a Holiday Bonus certificate?
each Holiday Bonus Coupon is considered a bonus awarded on top of your purchase. You many choose either the points on your Preferred Card or the holiday bonus coupon, not both.

Can I include a gift message when I order a gift card?
Yes. A gift message can be printed on a message card for your gift recipient at no additional charge.
I did not receive my e-confirmation, what now?
Confirmation emails are generated automatically when your order is submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation email, first check your junk/spam folder. Because they are generated automatically, these emails are sometimes filtered by strong spam filters or servers. How are the gift cards packaged?
Each Bartolotta Gift Card is carefully packaged in a gift envelope and includes an informational brochure about all of the Bartolotta Restaurants your Gift Card may be used at. Your order is placed in a padded envelope to ensure a safe delivery.
How do I receive my online or phone order?
We ship our gift cards using USPS or via FEDEX for an additional charge.
Can I ship to anyone in the United States?
We can ship to any street address in the 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to include all appropriate information such as a suite number, floor number, business name or any other relevant information that will help USPS or FEDEX deliver your package promptly.
When will my gift card arrive?
If you order your gift card before 2:00 pm central time, your gift card will be sent the same day. If purchased after 2:00 pm central time, your gift card will go out the next day. Please allow 2-5 business days for your Gift Card sent by USPS. Gift Cards sent via FedEx overnight will arrive the next business day.
I didn't receive my order. What happens now?
Call us at 414-935-5000. We will help locate your package and make sure you receive it at the proper address. Though packages typically do arrive quickly, they can take up to 5 business days to be received. Please allow for longer delivery times during the holiday season.
I have an expired Holiday Bonus certificate, can I still use it?
The $20 Holiday Bonus Coupon is a promotional certificate and DOES have an expiration date. The Holiday Bonus certificates are valid from January 2 through March 29, 2013 and cannot be used on Saturdays, Special Events or Valentines Day
Why does the Holiday Bonus Coupon have restrictions?
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary coupon that is awarded for every $100 in Bartolotta Gift Card purchased during our Holiday Gift Card promotion which is from November 1 through December 31 of each year. It is not a cash gift card and because it is a promotional coupon it does have some provisions for use.
What are the provisions on the Holiday Bonus Coupon?
• Valid January 2nd through March 30th of each year. Offer ends on the 29th of the month if the 30th falls on a Saturday.
• May not be used towards gratuities, no cash back
• Not valid Saturdays, Valentine's Day, or for Special Events
• Not valid at Harbor House, Pier Wisconsin, Boerner Botanical Gardens, The Grain Exchange, Pizzeria Piccola, Northpoint or any Airport location
• Not valid with any promotional certificates
• Not valid for Guest Loyalty points when redeemed
• Please protect the gift cards and bonus coupon like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Can I get cash back when I use the Holiday Bonus Coupon?
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary bonus coupon and has no cash value. It must be used at one time – no change is given.
Can I use my Loyalty Rewards Certificate with my Bonus Coupon?
Yes, you may use a Rewards Certificate and Bonus Coupon for the same purchase. However, the Bonus Coupon cannot be used on Saturdays or Valentines Day and it expires March 29, 2012.
