What is a Bartolotta Gift Card?
Bartolotta gift cards can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurant in order to use it. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 increments. We also have a blank card that can be loaded with the amount you choose. Bartolotta Gift Cards may be combined together to use at the same time.
What are the provisions of the Bartolotta Gift Card as printed on the back of the card?
This card can be used for food, liquor, tax and gratuity at participating Bartolotta Restaurants. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is not valid toward Bartolotta Preferred Card points. This card has no maintenance or non-usage fees and never expires. Protect this card like cash.
Do Bartolotta Gift Cards expire?
Bartolotta Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. They are accepted for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all participating Bartolotta Restaurants.
Are there any non-usage fees if I don't use the gift card right away?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges for the Bartolotta Gift Cards. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even after using your gift card, any remaining balance will remain intact until you use it again.
How do I check the balance on my Bartolotta Gift Card?
Check the balance on your gift card by calling 414-935-5000 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. You can also check your balance at any Bartolotta Restaurant.
If I don't use the entire amount on my gift card, what happens
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges. Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to any Bartolotta Restaurant.
Can I reload my Bartolotta Gift Card?
You cannot add value to a gift card. Once the card has reached a zero balance you will have to purchase a new card. NOT TRUE
Where can I use my Bartolotta Gift Card?
Bartolotta Gift Cards can be used at Ristorante Bartolotta, Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro, and Mr. B’s –A Bartolotta Steakhouse, Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant and Boerner Botanical Gardens for Friday Fish Fries and Sunday Brunch. Bartolotta Gift Cards are not accepted at Harbor House, the Grain Exchange, Pier Wisconsin, Pizzeria Piccola, or NorthPoint.
Will all Bartolotta restaurants accept Bartolotta Gift Cards?
No. Bartolotta Gift Cards are accepted at all Bartolotta fine-dining restaurants every day of the week, whenever the restaurants are open for business. They are not accepted at our casual concepts, Pizzeria Piccola and Northpoint Custard. Bartolotta Gift Cards are not accepted at Harbor House, the Grain Exchange, Pier Wisconsin, Pizzeria Piccola, or NorthPoint.
Can I use more than one gift card at a time?
Yes. You can use as many Bartolotta Gift Cards as you like to pay for your meal. Bartolotta Gift Cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.
Can I use my Bartolotta Gift Card for tax and gratuity?
Yes. You can apply your Bartolotta Gift Card to your full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
Can I use my gift card to pay for private parties or catering events?
Gift cards are valid for the payment of private parties. Bartolotta Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for any catering events that take place in our on-site catering facilities.
Can you replace my Bartolotta Gift Card if I lose it?
Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Why can't I have Guest Loyalty points AND a Holiday Bonus certificate?
Each Holiday Bonus Coupon is considered a bonus awarded on top of your purchase. You many choose either the points on your Preferred Card or the $20 bonus, not both.
I have an expired certificate, can I still use it?
Bartolotta Gift certificates do not expire unless they are marked PROMO.

Can I include a gift message when I order a gift card?
Yes. A gift message can be printed on a message card for your gift recipient at no additional charge.
I did not receive my e-confirmation, what now?
Confirmation emails are generated automatically when your order is submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation email, first check your junk/spam folder. Because they are generated automatically, these emails are sometimes filtered by strong spam filters or servers. If you did not receive the email in your junk/spam folder, please contact us at 414-935-5000 for further assistance.
How are the gift cards packaged?
Each Bartolotta Gift Card is carefully packaged in a gift envelope. Your order is placed in a padded envelope to ensure a safe delivery.
How do I receive my online or phone order?
We ship our gift cards using USPS or via FEDEX for an additional charge.
Can I ship to anyone in the United States?
We can ship to any street address in the 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to include all appropriate information such as a suite number, business name or any other relevant information that will help USPS or FEDEX deliver your package promptly.
What FEDEX shipping options are available to me?
We ship our gift cards using the USPS. Below are several options that we have created for your convenience.
- The USPS Ground delivery is the most popular option and is delivered within 5 business days anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
- Within WI.
- USPS $1.50
- FedEx rates vary depending on where delivering to and which option chosen
When will my gift card arrive?
If you order your gift card before 3:00 pm, your gift card will be sent the same day. If purchased after 3:00 pm, your gift card will go out the next day. Please allow 2-5 business days for your Gift Card sent by USPS. Gift Cards sent via FedEx overnight will arrive the next business day.
I didn't receive my order. What happens now?
Call us at 414-935-5000. We will help track your package and make sure you receive it at the proper address. Though packages typically do arrive quickly, they can take up to 5 business days to be received. Please allow for longer delivery times during the holiday season.
I have an expired Holiday Bonus certificate, can I still use it?
The $20 Holiday Bonus Coupon is a promotional certificate and DOES have an expiration date. The Holiday Bonus certificates are valid from January 2 through March 31, 2011.
Why does the Holiday Bonus Coupon have restrictions?
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary coupon that is awarded for every $100 in Bartolotta Gift Card purchased during our Holiday Gift Card promotion which is from November 1 through December 31 of each year. It is not a cash gift card and because it is a promotional coupon it does have some provisions for use.
What are the provisions on the Holiday Bonus Coupon?
- Valid January 2 through March 31 of each year (March 30th if the 31st falls on a Saturday.)
- Not valid Saturdays
- Not valid on Valentine's Day or any other Holiday
- Not valid with any promotional certificates
- Not redeemable for cash or refund on unused portion
Can I get cash back when I use the Holiday Bonus Coupon?
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary bonus coupon and has no cash value. It must be used at one time – no change is given.
